I’m not sure how to explain how I feel about this one. It’s going to be all over the place.
On one hand I enjoyed it, but even while reading it I was expecting to like it more than I did. The story itself worked for me I’m just not sure I fully bought the relationship between the guys. It felt a lot slower than the other books and more work was done on the guys getting to know each other, but at the same time they moved from getting to know each other to I love you very quickly.
Both guys were broken in their own ways and trying their best to get on with life, so it was nice seeing them heal themselves and help the other heal as well. I did enjoy watching Finn come out of his shell and really start acting like a kid again.
