This is such a beautiful wee story, defo aimed at a young audience but idc I did cry we need more like this. Its tackling anger issues and family troubles and grief and loneliness and all those big feeling in our tiny bodies and how we can handle them. It uses the most gorgeous cottage core fantasy the hobbit dark forest aesthetic imagery that works as a perfect metaphor and makes a brilliant plot. As always I fucking love graphic novels/comics so I can scream over the art and omg this is my favourite so far. The colour pallette and the design the characters and settings THE SETTINGS THE BACKGROUNDS THE SCENES ITS SO GORGEOUS. genuinely 10/10 I wish there was more issues or volumes maybe a mini series with the same vibe and aesthetic not even the same characters but tackling other problems we all come across growing up would be so fucking cool.
