See What I Have Done by Sarah Schmidt

1.0

I really wanted to like this book. The cover and description of it sounded amazing, but I found myself struggling hard to want to pick it up each day. I will say that the second half is much more interesting than the first half and that’s why I finished it out. The timeline jumps around a lot in the middle of chapters which was a bit weird, and I couldn’t really tell why any of these characters stayed near the Borden house. There was literally no reason to get attached the any character in this book, save Bridget maybe, but even she was frustrating at times. The Lizzie Borden murders in history are so fascinating and intriguing, but I didn’t get that from this book the way I really hoped I would.
