Vector Prime by R.A. Salvatore

Did not finish book. Stopped at 11%.
After reading Zahn's incredible Thrawn trilogy, I thought I woukd have fun with more of the Star Wars novels. Then, after subjecting myself to the terrible metiocraty of the Jedi Academy books, I thought that the Yuuzahn Vong arc mighy be a step up. 

I was wrong. 

Salvatore was beaver  favroite author, but he outdoes his worst work here. It is a poeticless info dump of a novel,  with all the charm of an oyster in the sun.
