re-reading this series before cracking into Heir; it’s been about a year so I don’t remember enough to skip it but I’m not wild about re-reading because I’ll tend to remember as I go or just before something happens.  it holds up, though; I remember loving so much about this series and I’m still having a great time revisiting it.
