I enjoyed this entry into the world of The Inheritance Games. I though it was a fun touch to have two games running alongside one another that seemed unrelated

but then suddenly they connected.

I also thought it was a beautiful touch that Avery seemed as though she had a found family and even had a game of her own to confirm how much of a Hawthorne that she is.

I thought this book did a great job of tying the series together and closing this chapter but I am very excited to see what is next in book 4 later this year. I hope that we get to see more of Xander and

his father. I also hope we get to see some of the yearly games that Avery promised at the end of The Final Gambit.
