Dissapointing. The pace was weird, I wish Nina's plot would develop faster because it was so depressing I wanted to see her happier than that.
The book's called King of scars, right, then why we're not reading more about Nikolai? He ought to be at the centre of the whole book yet we get less and less of his funny lighthearted charachter.
I liked Zoya's arch, I didn't expect but frankly it was badass, I wish it was deeper I know I can't really expect that from this author 😬
I love the universe and the charachters. It feels so good to see them again but if just shows how this duology was unplanned, it's too messy and depressing.
