Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals by Immanuel Kant, Mary J. Gregor, Christine M. Korsgaard

challenging medium-paced

4.75

Very challenging at first as it was my first time reading Kant. But I reread the first 10 pages or so a few times and tried to summarize each paragraph and write down my thoughts. Things started to clear up as I progressed and adapted to his style of writing. The second section was the easiest to read as his points were well-illustrated with examples. The third section was quite intimidating but I got through it by literally drawing diagrams. Hurt my brain but it was really fun to read his mind-blowing ideas, even though I can't agree with him on every point
