Swamp Thing, Vol. 2: Love and Death by Alan Moore

4.0

There's some good stuff in this volume, but the art isn't always the best. There's some pretty thematically dark stuff set in Hell that's hamstrung by serious characters in brightly colored spandex that just ruins the immersion. I think my favorite issue of the bunch was Pog, which was a pro-vegetarian parable about a cute little band of interdimensional travelers in search of a new home where they won't get eaten.
