This was a thrilling jawdropper with really specific and strong details of New York (though 12.5% tip wouldn't fly there even in 2008!). A really easy read for a chilly weekend with some great twists. Also loved the little Easter egg references to Jimmy the Hat Fellini and other characters from the Eddie Flynn world.
