I actually enjoyed more of this than my rating suggests; there were just some parts that were so uncomfortable, like when Anthony wouldn’t let Kate wait a week to have sex ....I know the point is to show how passionately he feels for her, but "he just can't control himself u.u" comes across as immature rather than sexy; there are many more—and hotter—ways to express that. were we not taking out the worst parts of the era, like the hygiene?
I love the parallels between Kate and Anthony, and seeing them realize that they are not alone in their feelings. Also I am a complete sucker for the responsible types learning that they can do something for themselves, like...fall in love.

Graphic: Grief and Death of parent
Moderate: Car accident and Alcohol
Minor: Body shaming, Sexual assault, and Pregnancy
Death of parent/Grief: Kate's biological parents are both dead, Anthony's father is dead, and they both carry lots of trauma from that. Death is mentioned a lot, and Kate's mom's death is shown on page.
Alcohol: Anthony drinks quite a lot; not an alcoholic though
Car accident: really a carriage accident, in which Kate breaks her leg
Body shaming: small mention of Penelope having been bullied for her weight
Sexual assault: Anthony asks Kate indirectly if she's ever been sexually assaulted
Pregnancy: It's mentioned once that Daphne is pregnant
