nothing much happens in this book plot wise, yet i found myself never getting bored or tired of reading it. sally rooney’s telling of soulmates who, despite moving apart constantly, always find themselves together again was PERFECT! some might not like that her books don’t have quotations, but it’s not too hard to follow after getting used to it. i actually like it better without the quotation marks, and i don’t know how i would feel if it actually had them :)
