This was a book that I feel like the description should be more explicit. When I read that Wavy is a teenager, I expected older teen (17-19), which doesn't make the content more palatable, but it would have made it significantly less upsetting. knowing that Wavy is a young teen when she starts her romantic and physical relationship with Kellen would have been nice to know before beginning the book. It would have made the events less shocking, and also I would have been mentally prepared for a book that is romanticizing a pedophilic relationship the writing is decent, but I would definitely recommend reading reviews and maybe some spoilers before beginning this book.
