I’m sorry to say this book really didn’t work for me. I really looked forward to its release but almost nothing happens for 300+ pages. There’s a lot of internal monologue and dreaming, but not much else. There seemed to be no character growth from book 1. I think this could have made for a good duology but I will not finish the series.
