So, I really won't talk too much about the story, because really the less that is said the better. I'm not for sure, but I think reading a few reviews actually caused me to dislike this book more. None of the reviews I read actually spoiled me but I think they put me on guard enough that I figured out the twist too early. Thus, the book felt a little slow to me.

I also feel like there was just a reveal of the twist and then the book just ended. I know some reviewers might've wanted an explanation for previous events, but I don't agree. I thought it did well with moving forward, but it just barely moved forward at all. I don't need a whole epilogue, but I would've liked to know what some of the consequences were for actions that occurred during the climax. The title is fitting because the book unraveled the mystery, but it left the strands of rope matted and dirty. Calia Read didn't clean up the mess that was left behind, and I feel as though there it is incomplete without that last step.
