Did not finish book. Stopped at 18%.

Idk what it was. Well actually kinda. Choal is so incredibly insufferable that I was absolutely finished listening to him moan and whine and complain. I understand that he's gone through something extremely traumatic. But he's whining did not feel like it was reflective of his experiences but more about how his relationships are all unfair and "poor me". I think I should've tandem read the books because hearing him moan about what was happening to the other characters who I already knew what happened to was incredibly obnoxious. I read the Sarah J. Mass series' because I wanted something simple. And that's what it was.
