Afterdeath, by Benoit Chartier

5.0

I’ll admit to having had a little difficulty getting into the book at first, mostly because Afterdeath falls a little outside of my usual book choices. That being said, the writing is excellent, the story wildly imaginative, and Benoit Chartier has drawn on enough real-world mythology to give his book great depth. Once I got going, I couldn’t put it down and ended up reading until early in the morning to finish it.
Very highly recommended.
