The Dollmaker of Krakow by R.M. Romero

5.0

I loved everything about this magical book: the unique perspective; the juxtaposition of the doll and human worlds at war; the loveliness and kindness of the heroes and the ugliness of the villains; the gorgeous writing; and of course, the tears at the end when everything becomes all too real. A unique and emotional WWII story I won't soon forget.
