Undoctored: The Story of a Medic Who Ran Out of Patients by Adam Kay

emotional funny informative reflective fast-paced

4.25

Hilarious and genuinely heartbreaking all at once. Alot more personal than Kay’s other books which was a welcomed insight into publishing’s favourite ex-doctor.

Do check content warnings though.

It wasn’t quite a full 5 stars for me as a little of the humour was on the line for me personally but Kay always pulls it back with hard hitting truths about UK & US healthcare, life and loss.

(P.S I’ve listened to all his books narrated by him and would highly recommend. Although I can't shake Will from Inbetweeners out of my head)
