Space Cadet by Robert A. Heinlein

3.0

I am re-reading some of the juveniles before handing them on to a young relative. Published originally in 1948, this hasn't aged all that well. In style, very like a Boys Own adventure - not a girl in sight, in fact very few females at all unless you count the alien Venerians. That's the other major flaw - alien native races on Venus and Mars, and a human-breathable atmosphere on Venus! Ah well.
