100 Ways to Improve Your Writing: Proven Professional Techniques for Writing With Style and Power by Gary Provost

2.0

Some might find this book enlightening. Most will be a bit confused by the short advice backed with zero evidence apart from a couple of well-selected quotes. It's not bad and I'm certainly not the target, but this book mixes all kinds of writing, giving wrong ideas about what is WRITING.

I am a fervent believer in the toolbox way of learning instead of this long list of well-meaning, very stale tips.
