Sally Rooney's book have been very heart-achey for me. The characters and their relationships in this book feel very realistic and modern. Some scenes were difficult to read and I was left wanting the characters to make drastic changes that they probably wouldn't make in real life so when they don't make dramatic changes I can't be all that mad about it. I found the plot to be engaging, I wanted to read more like reading through juicy gossip column. The questions raised around the ethics of non monogamy by Bobbi are ones I still don't have answers to and will continue to float around my mind.
