I almost gave up on this book a couple of times. However, the last third or so saved it for me and I found myself quite invested in Cam and Maggie's fate. There wasn't anything wrong with the story but the relationship between Cam and Maggie took a really long time to get anywhere. They had some good chemistry and the banter wasn't bad but their encounters with each other were pretty tame for most of the book and I felt my interest waning. But I kept reading and was rewarded with a very sweet and satisfying ending to the story.
This is my first book by Eva Leigh and, while it wasn't my favorite, I liked the writing and would definitely read more by this author.
