I feel so sorry for Simon and getting kicked out of his home. He really needed to sort out his girlfriend situation though, it was obvious that it was all going to go badly for him.
I was really interested by the introduction of Lilith and her connections with Sebastian. Well done to Clary for realising that she could remove Lilith's rune by damaging it though and being able to actually cut open her boyfriend's chest to do it! However, if your boyfriend has just been possessed by a demon and is weirdly connected to your evil brother, do not leave the two of them along, even for just five minutes! Seriously.
But following on from that bit of a cliffhanger I can't wait to read the next book and find out what happens.
