Leon is justโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ˜ˆ. Her Soul to Take gives us the story of Raelynn and Leon. After hundreds of years in service of a witch cult, things finally change for Leon when the ever so curious Raelynn Lawson blows into town. As the descendant of one of the towns founding families, Rae has a target on her back. And although Leon is tasked with finishing her off, heโ€™d rather claim her as his own instead. 

First things first, Leon might be one of my favorite MMCโ€™s of all time. Heโ€™s a dark, dominant grump who turns to a gooey mess for his girl. As much as I love Leon, Raelynn made me want to pull my hair out and although we do come to understand why she has no sense of self preservation I still found her character beyond stressful. I enjoyed the tension between these two and the overarching plot of this small town witch cult. If you like your books dark with lots of filthy smut abs interesting plot I think you will enjoy this!
