The Dream Daughter by Diane Chamberlain
4.0
I won this book in a giveaway through Goodreads and the publisher, in return for my honest review.
I liked this book. I found it very interesting. It reminded me somewhat of Octavia Butler's book, Kindred, in the way it dealt with aspects of time travel. Diane Chamberlain is a wonderful writer, full of vivid detail and well fleshed out characters, and this book is no exception. I think she handled tricky aspects of the plot well. I don't want to give too much away, but the book is basically about the bonds between a mother and child, and the lengths a mother will go to save her child.
