Read in an attempt to understand and support those around me who are struggling.
This book has a lot of things that I don't believe are helpful, and a few things that I believe are.
It's extremely dated in both concepts and phrasing. I would rate it one star, but I am not the target market, so I will not star it in the rating system.
I believe it's time for a better resource to come our way, or at least for someone to translate these ideas into a format that is easier for folks struggling here and now to relate to.
