Touka and Kenaki were definitely my favourite characters of this book. i found them to be so relatable and i was cheering for them throughout the whole ordeal!

๐™–๐™—๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฉ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™ฌ๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ฎ๐™ก๐™šโ€ฆ the investigatorsโ€™ POV bored me to death ngl. again, i understood why it was needed (to better understand both human and ghoul worlds), but every time i just found myself wanting to put this manga aside. i did absolutely love the artwork, though! especially the horror bits. ๐Ÿ‘€

๐™–๐™—๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฉ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™ฅ๐™ก๐™ค๐™ฉโ€ฆ i thought that 1/2 of the book was way more interesting and i genuinely thought this was gonna be the manga iโ€™d obsess about, but the 2/2 part was quite meh. i loved the idea itselfโ€”humans vs. ghouls, but it lacked this grip thatโ€™d make me love this book for some reason. i might come back to this manga in the future, but for now i think iโ€™ll leave it.
