Black for a Day: White Fantasies of Race and Empathy by Alisha Gaines

challenging reflective medium-paced

5.0

Very insightful analysis on the white fantasy of cross-racial empathy and the limits of individuals' feelings in dismantling anti-Black racism.

It's a fairly academic book but still appropriate for general adult readers. It's not very long but worth taking your time with.
