Meet the Parents by Sara Ogilvie, Peter Bently

4.0

Yikes.

Parents, read this to your kids at your own risk!

The first half of this book is definitely accurate, but it's behavior that probably shouldn't be encouraged. Not only that, its behavior that's only applicable if you have a certain type of parent. There are lots of kids who will find this amusing but not at all relatable. Other than that, the art is exceptional and the rhyme scheme is lots of fun.

P.S. I assumed from the cover that kids were going to be the parents. But nope, they're the ones tormenting the loving adults in their lives.
