I ended up liking this much more than I thought I would when I started. Honestly, the fact that I got it as a free ebook through B&N made me think it would be pretty poorly written, but it really wasn't. I found the story engaging. My biggest issue is the love angle

especially because you know Evelyn either has to end up with Sebastian because he can't ever touch anyone again without her around, or Sebastian has to die, which I don't think will happen. So there really isn't a point to having another love interest, though I don't hate Nicholas Kent as much as I did in the beginning.
