Dirty Curve by Meagan Brandy

Another great Read

Like all of Megan's books, this one is filled with emotion.
From the very first page, you come to know both main characters. At the beginning you get a sense of cockiness from Tobias and I was initially worried if I was going to like his Character. But I needn't have worried!
Straight away you feel sorry for Meyer. You realise early that she has a lot going on and you figure out quickly the reason for that.
Meyer is a tutor, and on top of her responsibilities, she helps Avix U's athletes that are struggling with their studies, one of those students is Tobias.
Tobias is your typical jock, or soo we are lead to believe. He is the star pitcher on the baseball team and is very close with his Coach. The coach does what he can for his players, and keeps them out of trouble. He isn't sure why Meyer isn't like everyone else and falls all over him, in fact she barely looks at him and is so focused on study.
All through the book Tobias is fighting an internal battle with himself over Meyer and does everything he can to spend more time with her.
They start to become close and feelings are developed. It's around this time that other secrets start to be revealed and one I didn't see coming!
I enjoyed the dual POV of the story, because you get to feel and understand what both characters are going through. You realise that Tobias is so much more than a cocky jock and you realise how he came to be this way.
I cant say too much more without giving the secrets away, but like all Megan's books, this is written in a way that allows you to feel the characters emotions and you hurt right along with them.
Tobias grew a lot through the book and I came to love him as a character! He really was kind and understanding, a real sweetheart!

If you haven't read any of Megan's books yet, you are missing out! It's currently free on Kindle Unlimited, or if you're like me you'll want to purchase all of meagans books so you can read then over again!
