Iphigenia in Aulis by Euripides

5.0

Top drawer Euripides. Filled with passion, quite possibly because of the strength of the story. General sacrifices angelic daughter to aid raid to recover little brother's evil wife: wtf? Roars along until suddenly, from one page to the next, daughter decides she WANTS to die, for the good of Greece. Weird from that point on, but that's close to the end.
