Burning Glass by Kathryn Purdie

After meeting this author, I knew I had to get my hands on her books, and this book did not disappoint. I felt so connected to the main character and the feelings she was experiencing throughout the novel. It was hard to know who to trust and not let yourself get too attached to any character (but of course it happened). The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because some of the scenes were a little slow for my liking and some of the scenes seemed to be repetitive (like when she visited Valko and avoided his emotions each time), but other than that it was an amazing novel and I highly recommend you check it out. I’m so excited to continue in this trilogy.
