One Was Lost by Natalie D. Richards was a page turning thriller about a hike gone wrong. As a hiker myself, this book definitely gave me the creeps (but in a good way). This was the perfect spooky vacation read while I was up in the mountains and like the other books of Richards’ I’ve read, was super fast-paced. I love the writing style and the way the characters interact while not knowing who they may or may not be able to trust. While the end didn’t feel as twisty as it could have, I still really enjoyed this book from cover to cover trying to figure out who might have been the murderer among them. Do you think you can figure it out before the reveal? Give it a read and let me know!
