When I started reading Star Wars books, I was kind of annoyed that every single list said to read this book. But now I have and, well, I get it. By giving us the emotional insight into the characters the tragedy of this story is actually effective. I can't believe how well Stover was able to bring this to life and I'm so glad I took the time to read it.
