Did not finish book. Stopped at 50%.
This book turned into a snooze fest. I don't need a scientist to tell me I should work out more, eat healthier, do yoga and breathing exercises, not be stressed, and other generic things to 'elongate my telomeres'. This is a typical self-help book disguised as a guide to telomere health. Nothing new or exceptional. Reading this only certified my decision to not read or buy self-help books.
