wow. i just finished this and i’m pretty speechless. it was a phenomenal book that continued to explore the themes of the The Poppy War and the consequences of actions. there is so much to be found in this book, and so much that will make you take a step back. i really loved the further exploration of characters. these are some of the most well written relationships i have seen. the struggle between rin and kitay throughout is so compelling. fantastic.
