Black Cloud, Vol. 1: No Exit by Jason Latour, Ivan Brandon, Matt Wilson, Greg Hinkle

I didn't find the book all too confusing, but it is ambiguous. I'm not quite sure what the obvious political allusions were supposed to represent, and the real-world political b-story just kind of fizzles. I liked the set pieces and characters. Zelda, the protagonist, feels like an activist who suffers a loss because she was a bit self-involved during the fight. I'm guessing like the Left after the 2016 U.S. election? So it's her journey coming to terms with that. I think. Includes some Inception-type settings, which I thought looked dreamy. Clearly not for everyone, but I liked it.
