Writing What We Like: A new generation speaks by Loyiso Gola, Simphiwe Dana, Yolisa Qunta, David Kau, Shaka Sisulu

4.0

This book made me question my privilege and also helped express my pain and anguish of being a black woman. It has inspired introspection that I hope every reader experienced and I would hope that all South Africans may experience at some point in their life.

I didn't really enjoy the comic relief section; but it was a short one and didn't detract from all of the other important essays. A must read for all South Africans.
