The romance lovers on bookstagram were really hyped about this book, so of course I was excited to read it. But I didn't like it... It was really quite boring.
Writing style: The only reason I finished reading this book is because I've fallen head over heels for Robert's writing. I don't know what it is about her writing style, but I dig it.
Characters: Everyone lacked a personality. EVERYONE. It was sooo annoying. The lack of depth really bugged me and made the already dragging story even more boring.
Story: This plot has a lot of potential, but it didn't deliver. The modern take on the Gods of Olympus was nice in theory, but it just didn't work for me. A lot of parts dragged and the interesting parts were far too short to really grab my attention.
Unfortunately, this isn't the book for me. Oh well... Plenty of other romance novels out there. I'm giving this one 2 stars.
