What could’ve been powerful and imaginative felt flat. The characters were all one note and not very complex. Flat. A few surprising twists, and I appreciate the choice of a few lesser known fairytales. Found myself wanting to know what happened, but the ending felt flat. And too easy. Honestly kind of lazy.
