That Bonesetter Woman by Frances Quinn

5.0

Durie is a wonderful character, full of charisma despite being put down by others. This book covers societies views of women in 18th century Britain - babies out with marriage, the influence of the rich and powerful.
I loved her aunt, what a fabulous relationship they had. I loved the Tower of London parts with the lions and George added a perfect romantic distraction.
A great story with a fabulous female lead character that won’t be forgotten any time soon.
