This is difficult to call a story. It is an Evangelical tract laced with some truths (and some made-up later additions) of a woman's life. There are elements that scream later inclusions or even being false. However, her book is nothing other than an Evangelical attack on Islam, using the Bible in a way that biblical scholarship wouldn't, and misleading the Fox News crowd on Islam. I have a feeling that Craig Borlase is more involved in this writing than Esther.
