Doomed Queen Anne by Carolyn Meyer

4.0

I have always been fascinated by Queen Elizabeth I, and in turn, her parentage. This book chronicles Anne Boleyn's meteoric rise and fall over the span of approx. 15 years. It does an excellent job of showing Anne's story, and what could have been going through her head during her life span. While not entirely non-fiction, the whole series does an excellent job of marrying truth and fiction. I rated this a four, and not as a five, only because of the simpler language.
