I’ll be honest, when I first started reading this book I was skeptical. I’d heard a lot about the book and how it was touching, meaningful, and a great escape from the real world. All of that is absolutely true. I loved how enjoyable the story was while still being so touching and meaningful. I felt transported into the world of the novel as I was reading it and was completely enthralled with the main character and their story. I definitely recommend this book whether you are looking for a short enjoyable read or a deeper message because depending on where you are in your life I definitely think it can be both.
