I liked the characters, Player and Zyah are great. However, the book repeats itself a lot and has the same conversations over and over. Like if two characters discuss something they will then go talk to someone else and tell them what they just talked about with the other person. It’s soooo repetitive. Also Player and Zyahs powers are pretty undefined. I still don’t full grasp the alternate reality terms for when he makes things appear. I was a bit confused. Definitely not my favorite of the torpedo ink series.
