Lily writes some of the best reverse harems that I've ever read. Certainly romcom RH. It's everything I never knew I needed. Briar is such a strong woman, fighting for other people whilst giving up big parts of her own privacy and independence. The men are all really special in their own right. She wrote really diverse, complex and deep characters. The portrayal of mental illnesses was done remarkably well. I love reading multiple POVs and was pleasantly surprised that she even included the stalker's POV. A very gripping and powerful story. Add to that some very incredible spice. Amazing.
Graphic: Mental illness, Panic attacks/disorders, Sexual content, and Stalking
Moderate: Kidnapping
Minor: Body shaming, Gun violence, Violence, Gaslighting, and Injury/Injury detail
Ex-military PTSD with realistic and explicit descriptions of nightmares and flashbacks (to torture and hostage situation).
