The Cabinet of Curiosities by Douglas Preston, Lincoln Child

4.0

I almost gave this book five stars. This is crazy to me after feeling that the first half of the book was barely worth three stars. I was having trouble getting into the book. Somehow, about halfway through, the book got very good and the first half made sense and seemed essential. I ended up enjoying this book very much and the ending really made this book payoff. The character building was excellent and I now see why the Pendergast character has such a following. I highly recommend this book!
