Read this because my mum LOVED it and rated it 5/5. Safe to say I had high expectations, tbh I did enjoy this book but clearly not as much as my mother.
I enjoyed the twist at the end with how the two had known each other for years and how their lives connected this whole time however I did predict it early on. Whereas my mother didn’t. I do think that me seeing what was about to happen did ruin things slightly but I can’t help that :).
Anyways I felt connected to Noelle and thought she was a likeable character that I was wanting the best for.
I also like the representation of PPD with her friend and how that was portrayed and dealt with.
If you are looking for a lighthearted read that deals with life after loss then this is the book for you.
